Shirts fitted perfectly and really comfortable materials did not shrink after washing them.

The wrong address was put on my items and sent to the wrong home and I never received my items. Contacted the post office and was shown the label the was placed on the package and it was different than what was inputted on my order.
1. All we do is hit the print button and it prints out whatever address was entered for shipping. We never modify/edit/or otherwise touch it unless requested in writing from the customer.
2. Why do you run to leave a 1 star review without reaching out to us to tell us your order got goofed so that we could make it right? Do you not see the 1500+ 5 star reviews praising our customer service? Did you just assume we wouldn't care/replace it and is the review based on the assumption you imagined in your brain?
I swear some of you Minnesotans are a different breed.
